The QM SM and SR Series Shredding Headers have a compact design that predisposes them to high versatility of use. Thanks to the built-in multifunctional valve block, they do not need the drainage tube to drain up to a maximum back pressure of 10 BAR. They consist of a double-bottom cavity shell, reinforced up to the point of connection with the front chains by means of which they have greater impact resistance. The spiral conformation of the tools offers improved cutting capacity, while the spherical roller bearings, thanks to a labyrinth of special seals, provide greater protection from impurities. They can be equipped with Y knives or mallets with fixed supports for better material shredding. They fully meet the compliance of CE standards for safety guards and are equipped with a bolted steel plate where to arrange the machine attachment.
